Fair Coverage and Interviews
During the Pima County Fair, April 15 – 25, 2010 interviews, fair footage and other on-site coverage must be scheduled prior to arriving on the fair grounds. Please phone 24 hours in advance of arrival for instructions regarding media parking and admission. Credentials will be required upon your arrival to the gate and you must sign in at the Pima County Fair Administration office.
Concert footage requests require a 72-hour advance notice with requests in writing, which will be forwarded to artist management for approval. Requests for talent interviews require a one-week advance notice. Any other request for non-headlining talent will require a 24-hour advance notice.
For Pima County Fair Carnival footage, please phone at least 4 hours in advance to schedule safe entry, exit and strategic locations to avoid microwave interference with our wireless ticketing systems. Ray Cammack Shows request a 24-hour advance notice to schedule an interview with a carnival representative.
The Pima County Fair often requires staff to spend many hours on the grounds and away from the desk. At times, we are unable to take phone calls during normal working hours. To expedite Pima County Fair interviews, questions can be emailed to the fairgrounds. The appropriate contact will respond in writing within 4 hours and likely during non-regular working hours.
