ALL FOOD ENTRIES WILL
BE JUDGED ON SATURDAY, APRIL 11, 2009. FOOD
ENTRY JUDGING WILL START AT 1:00 pm.
ALL
FOOD ITEMS WILL BE DISPOSED OF AFTER FAIR.
Lots that have more than 15 entries will be judged as a class. WRAP or BAG ALL FOOD ITEMS to keep THEM FRESH for JUDGING. Foods MUST BE made from “SCRATCH”, NO PREPARED FOODS OR MIXES.
Will be judged on Saturday, April 11, 2009.
The
food items will have small stick on ribbons stuck on the entry tag but a
regular ribbon will be awarded to the participant. This makes everything much easier to display
and doesn’t cover up another entry with the long ribbons.
The ribbons awarded and a picture
of the entry will be displayed in the show-cases throughout the Fair.
Foods should be brought in at the temperature you would like them
to be judged. This can be done by
using insulated containers, wrapping carefully, and bringing your entry
as close to the judging time as your schedule will
allow. All food items must be in disposable dishes.
