TO TEACHERS: Spray Glue does not stay on in the
building with the temperature changes.
If artwork is falling down or won’t stay together will use staples to
hold their artwork together for display.
ALL ENTRY FORMS MUST BE POSTMARKED BY MARCH 13,
2009.
Two passes per exhibitor will only be available for
purchase with your entry form by mail or at receiving. Passes purchased through the mail with your
entry fee will be picked up on receiving day when you bring in your
entries. Exhibitor Passes are good
for all eleven days of the fair. All
Exhibitor Passes are for parking out in the main parking lot. Only one parking pass per family. There
will be no parking available at Brekke Gate.
All tickets are $10.00
for the 11 days. Exhibitor passes cannot be purchased if you
do not have a paid entry in the fair. Entering contests does not
qualify. If passes are not picked up,
money will not be refunded.

Arts has a new category this year and we are excited about it. The category is: Shoe decorating.
There are five categories:
1 School colors and theme
2 Sports Shoe
3 Dressy Shoe
4 Boots
5 Other
Take
any old or new shoe and create One (not a pair) a decorated shoe for
everyone to enjoy. You can use any type
of shoe or boot; sandals, boots, tennis shoes, flops, high heels, etc. You can even make your own boot out of your
own material. Use your imagination and
talent on these shoes. Use glitter,
rhinestones, sequins, pearls, ribbon, paper, metal studs, chains, rings
flowers, etc to decorate your shoe. If
you are making your own shoe, it can not be any larger than a size 12 mans
shoe. Limit of only one (1) shoe. All entries must be the original work of the
exhibitor. Do not decorate the second shoe
unless you are using it as another entry.
No

food items must be in disposable dishes.

DEVELOPMENTALLY/DISABLED:
Use class 10 for this group. To be used in Youth, Jr., Adult Home Arts and
Fine Arts. Use the same lot numbers that
corresponds with your items but be sure and use Class 10.
