1. ENTRIES TAKEN DAY OF SHOW

2. EXHIBITOR AGE: Participant must be 9 years of age by January 1, 2009

3. ENTRIES: Fee is $10.00 per head (Please pay in cash, money will be paid back the same day.)

4. Animals must be in place by 5:00 pm Thursday April 16, 2009.JUDGING: Will be Thursday April 16, 2009 at 7:00pm.

5. WEIGH-IN: Will be at time of unloading. There will be NO reweighing. Animals will be classified at this time; classifier’s decision is final.

6. Minimum weight 75 lbs. Maximum age is 1 year with proof by registration papers or weight of 500 lbs.

7. Must have ear notches, ear-tags or tattoos with premise numbers in their ears.

8. Maximum of two (2) entries per exhibitor per lot.

9. Maximum of two (2) prize monies per exhibitor per lot.

10. If there are less than four (4) Exhibitors in a breed class they may be entered in “ALL OTHER BREED CLASS”

11. RELEASE TIME: Animals will be released after the show and must be gone by Thursday pm.

12. Exhibitors are required to keep pens clean and clean pens before leaving.

13. HEALTH REQUIREMENTS: All Swine must meet current Arizona state health requirements and will not be unloaded unless met. All swine must have a certificate of show swine (hauling papers) issued by ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE.
