SHOW DATES:

OPEN SHOW will be judged on SATURDAY, APRIL 18, 2009   BEGINNING at 8:30 a.m.

This will be a carrying cage show. Exhibitors are responsible to bring their animals to the show table when their breed is called in a timely fashion. Exhibitors are responsible for their animals once the show complete.

Close April 6, 2009.  This show is under ARBA Show rules.

ENTRY FEE:

 $3.00 per rabbit for breed entry.  Fur Entry is an additional $3.00.  Meat pens can be entered at a rate of $3.00 per pen.  Fur class rabbits must be entered in breed show.

PASSES FOR EXHIBITORS:

Will be available for exhibitors and their immediate family members. The cost is $10.00 ages 11 & up. $3.00 for ages 6 – 10.  Children 5 & under free. 

SEND TICKET REQUEST AND MONEY WITH YOUR ENTRY.  MAKE ALL CHECKS PAYABLE TO:  PIMA COUNTY FAIR.

CHECK-IN:

Check in will begin at 7:30 am. This will be a carrying cage show only. Animals will not be cooped.

RELEASE TIME:

 When judging is completed, and paybacks have been tabulated, exhibitors must remove their animals from the barn. Animals left in the barn will not be the responsibility of the Pima County Fair or SARBA.

SUBSTITUTIONS:

Will be allowed only in the same breed, group, variety, class and sex.  All changes are to be made at check in.  All animals must have permanent tattoo in left ear.  No diseased or unsightly animals will be allowed in the rabbit area. Show officials discretion will be used at all times.  No entry fees will be refunded once entry has been processed.  Any rabbit not present will be scratched.  Entry fees will not be refunded.  Pima County Fair ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGE OR LOSS TO ANIMALS.
