FIRST BEDDING WILL NOT BE PROVIDED,
but will be available for sale upon arrival.

NOTE:
All pair and group classes will pay thru 4th place only.
OUT OF STATE:
Must have permit number from Arizona State Veterinarian, 1688 W. Adams,
IN STATE: Proper AZ hauling papers.
Animals showing signs of illness will not be accepted.

Exhibitor passes may be purchased $10.00 for age 11 and
up. $3.00 for ages 6 –

combined at the discretion of the superintendent depending on numbers entered.

Available for $10.00 per space per night with water and electricity. Wastewater must be contained. Dump station is available on grounds.
EXEMPTIONS
Every animal entered for exhibit will be in the charge of
the superintendent. However, the
superintendent, the Southwestern Fair Commission and its Board will be in no
case responsible for any loss or damage which may occur. Entries are made and accepted on this
condition.
RELEASE
Out of State – Sunday, April 19, 2009 6 to 8 am.
In State – Sunday, April 19, 2009 6 pm.
Animals must be removed from the barn no later than
7:30 pm April 19, 2009.
NOTE: All bedding
MUST be moved to the aisles prior to departure on the 20th.
EXHIBITOR MAY PAY $0.50 PER PEN AT TIME OF CHECK-IN TO
HAVE PENS CLEANED.
